Couldn't fault this service. Runs every 10 minutes straight from the airport and directly into town. Plenty of room for bags and luggage. Also has free wifi and charging ports which was handy. I also liked that there was a screen that tells you the names of the stops, so if you're anxious like me, you know beforehand when you're going to be getting off.

Once I got help finding the stop, which is 'D', The Teller was helpful, the bus driver was very friendly and even made a joke to cheer my 4 year old up! We have a return ticket, therefore will comment again after our return. Very pleasant ending to our virgin flight; (1st ever flight and connection experience for my child!) Will recommend this service to all who will listen! On top of the bus stop automation; the driver called out the stops just in case! Marvellous! The ride was smooth and informative!

Easy to find the ticket booth at the airport and had only a few minutes to wait for the bus. Very comfortable journey into the city. Each stop is announced. A small issue on the return journey from the city to the airport - due to Christmas markets the road outside the railway station is closed on Sunday and there was no notice to tell passengers where the bus was now leaving from (St Andrew's Square) and of course the many tourists had no idea either! The bus driver was totally indifferent that I had lost 30 mins travel time in trying to find where to get the bus and then to get to it.
