What people are saying about Chianti Hills

Highly recommended - a brilliant day trip!

My wife and I had a fantastic day trip with the 'My Tour' group. Lorenzo and the team did an amazing job at guiding us enjoyably and safely through the full day. The trip took in Monteriggioni, Siena (we used our free time to visit the beatiful Duomo), the winery visitor centre and San Gimignano before returning to Florence at around 7.45pm. The three towns were stunning, and it would have been very difficult to visit them on public transport, so the fee was good value. Advice: - bring your walking shoes. Siena and San Gimignano are extremely hilly. - not strictly true to say the trip goes to Chianti - it's to a winery centre, which was effectively a long sales pitch. The lunch, while tasty, wasn't especially large, so make sure you get something to eat in Siena. - the 'free time' in the cities includes toilet trips. I'd also like to praise Lorenzo again - he had time for everyone on the trip, checked in with everyone through the day, and was overall excellent throughout.

Exceptional tour. Truly enjoyable day. Thanks Gloria and Asia!

3 visits of beatifil medieval towns + one wine tasting and excet excellent lunch, in an 11 hrs day packed with truly enjoyable events. Gloria and Asia, our tour ladies guide, were a perfect example of skills, courtesy and kindness. The bus driver was excellent and made us feel safe. The bus itself was very comfortable. We loved the whole trip and especially the amazing tour of Siena at the end. Best choice ever to pick San Gimignano, Monteriggiano and Siena. No need to go to Pisa. Bravo to the team and thanks to the delightful Tuscany treasures. Highly recommended tour.

Fun, good tour guide, not enough wine, and overpriced

Overall the guide (Valentina) and the group were really friendly and it was a fun day out. It was incredibly hot though and the bus felt like the heat was on for the trip back and the whole bus was passed out bc of it. This tour was nearly $90 US and there really was no food included and not even close to enough wine to warrant this price. The guide was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating but it just felt like there should be more to the trip. The area is gorgeous that we visited and overall we had a fun day, but just wasn’t great value.

Well organized trip, saved time and tension of being in a new city

Trip was well organized, saved us the hassle of jumping between busses n trains to do these places on our own. Lorenzo, our guide great too very humorous n helpful, he even helped us secure a cab to our hotel from the drop off point, after the trip got over. Would recommend to anyone doing the trip for the first time n not wanting to venture out too much experimenting self guided tours on holidays. Let's u relax n enjoy thoroughly.

Very fun experience and a great way to see Tuscany

We had a ton of fun on this and felt that it was a good value. The only downside is that I would have liked to spend more time in San Gimignano. It is such a cool town and while we were able to do everything we wanted, we felt a bit rushed. All in all it was great though.
