Arrived at airport. Could not find a notice with my name. After at least 15 minutes, saw a young lady with a paper notice with about 6/8 names. I noticed a 'Jones' near the bottom of the list. I think the only name on any notice with only a surname. When I approached her and found it was indeed my name, she phoned the driver. We waited about 10 minutes before the driver arrived. He was very courteous, took our cases and led us to the car. From there on everything was perfect. The driver and his car were excellent.

Driver was waiting on arrival with our name clearly displayed. Parked a very short distance from airport exit. Whilst taking us to our hotel he gave us a great commentary guide with lots of tips and orientation where to find what. A little more expensive than arranging your own when you get there but being the first time in Budapest definitely the safest option and easiest.

It was easy to book the transfer on line and receive prompt confirmation. When we arrived at Budapest airport we were able to find our agent who quickly directed us to our minibus. We were the only visitors and 35 minutes arrived at our apartment. The driver was friendly and spoke good English and gave us lots of info about the city.

What made me angry was that I waited for 30 minutes & made 2 phone calls till the agent came then waited 7 minutes till the driver came . But the car was excellent , the driver was so nice & polite.

An excellent service. Easy to book, they arrived on time (at 5.00am in the morning!), a very safe driver. The van was spotless and well maintained. Very professional in all aspects.
