Excellent close up sightings of humpback and minke whales July 4

This was an amazing whale watching cruise. We saw over 10 whales up close and personal. Several in the distance. I would highly recommend this tour. They guarantee whale sightings and will give you a free cruise ticket that never expires if you don’t see a whale. They drive you out to a protected area 1 1/2 hours out. You watch for whales in this protected area for an hour. Then another hour and a half back. It could last 3-4 hours depending on how long it takes to find them. You could see the sprays in the distance of the humpbacks. Three huge humpbacks surfaced within a few feet from us and lazily took in air and you could see their blow holes so well. Then they dove down. What an incredible experience! There is a great guide from the New England Aquarium on board keeping you posted on where to look.

Our sunset sail was a delightful evening!

Everything about this sunset sail was wonderful. We had great weather. The boat was beautiful and the crew was super friendly. They even had blankets for us when it got a little chilly. Beverages were available for purchase and some passengers had brought picnics with them, which looked fun. There were about 30 people on our cruise so it was not crowded and there was ample seating. We would go again!

Great views, beautiful sunset, no motor sailing (for a good bit)

If you want a great trip on a large sailboat, where they turn off the motor (if you have never done this--you owe it to yourself to try it), and want beautiful sunset views of Boston from the water, then take this cruise. Really nice crew and a very peaceful ride. Cocktails are available and even a blanket if you get cold. All in all a really nice night--our anniversary, but would go anytime!

Great Tour - be sure to do both lines - it's worth it!

Special shout out to Cowboy whose delivery was easy to follow for those not used to an American accent. Information provided by all drivers had personal reference so very nice in that regard. Deflinitely worth doing both lines to ensure you get all the stops and to do the loop a couple of times with different drivers for that personal perspective. The two day option is to be recommended also.

We saw 20 whales! Among them was a mother and calf!

We really enjoyed our trip! I'm so grateful we took Dramamine! Many people were getting sick! The guides were enthusiastic and knowledgeable. They told us where to look and what to watch for. They also explained a little bit about the whales, dolphins, birds and points of interest on the way out as well as giving us some history. Thank you so much!
