Popular City Cards in Bavaria

We did not get chance to take advantage of all the discounts of this ticket but we did however think it was so much cheaper to get that getting single tickets each time we used the public transport so the discounts are a bonus. We did get the souvenir from Hard Rock Cafe witch was just a cheap pen so did expect a little bit more. Also the city tour card was not a card it was just a ticket ( bit of paper). But all in all we would get this again as it is value for money.

This card was such good value that we would recommend it even though we only used it for effective 1.5 days. The admission to the zoo and the two museums we visited would have been a whole lot more than the cost of the card and the transport costs on top would also have been necessary. We would note that you should get cards for under 6s at the Tourist Information, easily enough if you have forgotten to ask for these when purchasing adult tickets.

We visited 4 museums and made several underground and tram trips during our 2 day pass period. Not only did this save some money, it also simplified things, particularly the travel element. Collecting the ticket by use of the printed voucher was also easy. Nuremberg is a fascinating city with history from the Middle Ages right up to the better known 20th century events. Well worth a visit.

We ordered the card off the internet and later collected it at the office across the road from the main station. We had no issues using the card at the museums we visited or on the public transport network. If it is your first time, this card is definitely worth considering for a short in the wonderful city of Nuremberg

NO MATTER WHERE I GO I ALWAYS GET A CITY TOUR CARD. THEY COME IN VERY HANDY FOR ME AS I LIKE TO SEE AS MUCH OF A CITY AS I POSSIBLY CAN. YOU CAN SAVE SOME CASH BUT NOT MUCH, BUT IT HELPS ME.
