Full description
See the Font Magica de Montjuic sound and light show on a 2.5-hour guided tour of Barcelona’s waterfront, ending at the famous “Magic Fountain” show at the base of Montjuic mountain.

Meet your guide on Plaça Catalunya, and experience the charm of the Catalan capital as it wakes up for the night. See the former fishing enclave of Barceloneta next to the long city beaches. Pass the Port Olimpic, built for the 1992 summer Olympics Games. Marvel at the high rise towers of the Hotel Arts and Torre Mapfre.

Continue through the Old Port, regenerated as an entertainment center in 1995, with popular attractions such as the Aquarium, Imax cinema, restaurants and sailing clubs. Next, look at the statue of Columbus between La Rambla and the medieval shipyards of Drassanes.

Upon arrival at Montjuïc, enjoy panoramic city views from the balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Then, watch the Magic Fountain show of dancing water, set to music and lights that create a kaleidoscope of colors. Once the show is over, transfer back to your hotel, or as close as a drop off is possible.

Beautiful show but be vigilant!

Hearing all about this before going to Barcelona, I had to book it. It was very, very busy though so it did get difficult getting a full view of the fountain. I would have given this an excellent review apart from how busy it was and the men trying to sell water. Luckily my boyfriend didn't have anything in his pockets when one of the men "accidently" bumped into him as he felt him try to pickpocket him. To be fair this could have happened anywhere but our guide even warned us beforehand how it was a hotspot for pickpockets.

Easy to find the meeting place. Staff/ guide very friendly. Coach was great. Very busy at the fountain but clear information and advice for best view and to hear the music. Afterwards, dropped off near our hotel - great service.

Good bus driver. Unfortunately, the guide spoke too fast so it was very difficult to understand what she was saying. Take us down to the nice water game where there were crowds of people. Went and showed some where the toilet was and then we didn't see her anymore. It turned out when we were up 4 for all the stairs again that the bus drove away from us. This despite the fact that we left the water game before it was over. Got to take taxi home. This pulls down the grade on the excursion.
