Full description
Visit Casa Vicens, the first house of Gaudí, and the first important work by the architect. This was the work that marked his point of departure, an architectural gem which was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2005.

Constructed between 1883 and 1885 by order of Mr. Manuel Vicens, Casa Vicens is one of the first masterpieces of Modernism, and an anticipation of the later work of Gaudí.

Originally, it was projected as a holiday home with a garden, in which geometric shapes and rich ornamentation, inspired by the surrounding vegetation, are present both in the exterior of the house and in the different interior spaces. This skip-the-line ticket allows you priority entrance and access to the whole complex.
  • Skip-the-Line entrance ticket to Casa Vicens
  • There is a live guide on every floor of the house

Amazing building with interesting history and exhibition

Casa Vicens was not busy at all so it was super convinient to explore the beautiful 3-storey building without waiting in line or being crowded. The exhibitions were interesting and rooftop was really nice, especially in the sunny weather. There’s also a small cafe, so it’s possible to get a quick snack or drink there.

Gaudi's most beautiful home

Little known, it is a great example of harmony and elegance. Perhaps the most beautiful house of gaudi. We booked tickets and guided tours in Spanish (there being no Italians), but for a matter of time we visited the house on our own reading various halls from the brochure that was given to us (in Italian) which is very comprehensive and understandable. Truly a show not to be missed

It was an architecture such as Gaudi. Even though I went there on Sunday afternoon, there wasn't enough lines to skip, but there was no audio guide, and the booklet passed was also in English, so I think I need English to understand the details The The explanation of the exhibition is natural, but only in Spanish and English ...
