A great tour with a very nice guide!

The Vespatour was really nice. You can easily wind through the traffic with the small scooters and make good progress. Our guide was really great, she took us to the most famous sights and gave some information. This tour is great for the first day in Barcelona, so we can get a first impression and then decided what we wanted to take a closer look at over the next few days.

No backup, misleading advertising

I want to highlight the following fact with the aim of making a decision regarding the legal path that I will follow: In the development of yesterday's activity, my son, of legal age and with a driver's license, after receiving the instruction from The company and start the tour, suffered an accident when he was hit by a vehicle that invaded his lane and fled, fortunately he was not injured and could even continue the visit as a guide's companion. Upon returning, abusively and without any due process follow-up, the company withheld 600 euros that it deposits and would only serve as a guarantee for the return of the scooter, as stated in its announcement, with the excuse of covering the damages of the vehicle. In mind that in your publication, insurance is included that should cover damages of the motorcycle, third parties and the driver's own, I would expect the refund of my deposit
