What people are saying about Ayutthaya

Incredible Historic Temples with Good Tour Guide

The trip was very well organised and punctual as well. We had no issue finding the meeting point for the pick-up. The trip lasted from 8 AM to 5 PM. Our guide, Siri, was very knowledgable and more than happy to answer any question the group had about Ayutthaya, Buddhism and Thai Culture. The trip was not rushed and we had enough time at each site. The lunch was very good and had a variety of options for all sorts of preferences.

Ayutthaya was highlighted perfectly through this trip- Alex was great!

This trip was fantastic! I loved Ayutthaya. The tour was so well organised and I learned so much from Alex. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history and very helpful.

Good day to learn a little of the history of Thailand

Everything during the day was very punctual - which suits me. The tour guide was very informative with a good sense of humor. The buffet for lunch was fantastic and the boat ride back to Bangkok was nice. Most people stayed inside during the boat ride as there wasn’t any shade if you sat outside. I sat outside anyway and got lots of good pictures.

Great Tour of the top Sites in Ayutthaya - Do not waste time on a boat

We went on this tour in February 2019. It was excellent. The guide, Mhom, was wonderful. She explained all about the ruins and she also added some personal information to help us understand the Thai people. This was exactly the type of tour we were looking for- one which concentrates on the sites and does not distract from the sites with boat rides or worst elephant rides. Having a hotel pick up was the fastest way to get to the sites and it worked flawlessly. We heard from other tourists who took the train and it took much longer than the short one hour air conditioned small van ride. Why not spend as much time as possible at the sites. Some of them were so peaceful to walk among them. The buffet restaurant was excellent and had a great variety of food. Mhom even explained a local food called roti, they made a short stop where we saw them making it and she bought a bag for each of us to try. This tour was one of the highlights of our trip-very informative!
