What people are saying about Auschwitz I

Informative & Made You Feel Like You Were There

The tour of Auschwitz was unbelievable! The guide spoke with such pain, love, emotion that at moments made me tear up. The way she looked at you as if you were the only person she was taking on the tour was hypnotizing and hew emotions in her voice sounded as if she were about to break into tears as well - made me want to hug her. Highly recommend this tour! Wish I caught the tour guide's name to compliment her directly (Short, dark curly hair - if that helps?). The tour of the Salt Mine was absolutely mind blowing! To think what we explored was only 1% of the full mine is crazy! The tour guide was very friendly and informative as well as patient for a lot of us in the group taking photos. This was a great tour to do! The driver that collected me and my friend form our hotel for this day trip was great. Spoke professionally in the van, was VERY helpful with lending a charging point in his van for me and my friend as our phones batteries were not keeping up with the photo taking.

Smooth, well corridinated and informatiive tours

We had a great tour of the Salt Mine and Auschwitz-Birkenau. The pick up was on time, the tours were on schedule and given by very well informed and passionate guides. All sites were very crowded and the guides did a great job of moving us through the main highlights of each site. All transportation from Krakow, to the Salt Mine, then to Auschwitz and finally to Birkenau was on time and smooth. The tour bus was comfortable, clean and air conditioned and the driver was great. Total walking distance from our hotel in Krakow Old Town to the pick-up location and back to our hotel was 16km. The total time from pick up to drop of was about 12 hours. We brought food and that was wise as although there is some food available at the sites, often with the short time between locations, there were always crowds of people who had not brought food so there were commonly lineups that would make some of the transfers between sites a challenge to get food. A long day but well worth it.

Service offered by this agency not distinctive to other agencies

Auschwitz visit itself was deeply moving, though what the agency offered was the same as almost all other agencies. This agency, as many others, offered a trip (they left in time and had a proper minivan, friendly driver), and arranges a formal guide and entry slot to Auschwitz. The agency can not select their own guide, groups get a random official guide allocated. So the only thing to review here was the agency's ability to organise a car trip between Auschwitz and Krakow and to arrange a time slot for the group with a guide. Both worked as planned, but should that result in a five star rating from my side? My advice to other readers is that 1) Auschwitz is definitely worth the visit, 2) select a tour from any agency that matches your preferred time slot and pick-up location, because that's probably their only differentiating factor.

Amazing, we would recommend the tour and trip!

Our driver was really kind. Nice van instead of a big bus. When whe arrived he led us to the guide of the tour. We got free water, the van had great wifi and had airconditioning. The guide wist everything about the topics. She has an excent, but with the audiset you get with the tour you could here her. We want to thank them both really much! 10/10 rate. In short: - You meet at one of the meeting points with the driver - You drive +- 1,5 hour - The driver leads you to the guide - First tour through the museum (Auschwitz 1) - You go back to the van and drive 5 min to Birkenau and there Auschwitz 2 tour strats. - After that, you drive back to one of the points. Please note that you may only bring a small bag with you like the size of 1 A4 paper. Bags like East Pack are not allowed.

Helpful and informative while not too overwhelming

The tour is very informative. Driver was very helpful in all occasion from waiting for us earlier than the promised time, helping secure our belonging, leading us to the tour guide and preparing the food for us. The journey to Auschwitz didn’t feel long at all with the documentary shown. Anna, our tour guide for Auschwitz and Birkenau was very knowledgable and passionate on educating us about the lesson learnt from the holocaust. The tour guide for Wieliczka Salt Mine was charming and funny, lightening up our mood and putting the perfect ending to the tour.
