Our guide Juan was great, & having a guide made the visit much better

Went w/my husband & 11y/o & couldn’t get tickets online without getting the ones that included the guide. I had read that the live could be long for general tickets & didn’t want to take a chance missing this & we only had 1 day in Cordoba. As it turned out there was a short line for general admission & cost was much less than guided tour (5 Euros vs 17 w/the guide) That being said, we realized that walking through the place without a guide would not have been as good. Our guide made it much more enjoyable and informative!

Cordoba: Alcazar Skip-the-Line Guided Tour and Ticket Reviewed by

The guide in Cardoba mosque was so informative, an excellent visit.

The Cardoba and Carmona trip was a long day, but it was very worthwhile. The guides were very friendly. The guide in the mosque gave a vey detailed history of the mosque, she was very knowledgeable. The Mosque is stunning and well worth a visit. The different religious artefacts seem to blend in well together, it is a pity the world religions couldn't replicate this. Carmona was very quiet, but it was interesting to see the remains of the Roman influence.

Mezquita-AMAZING, Alcazar de Christianos-Interesting, Synagogue-OK

Took train from Sevilla to Cordoba for the tour. Tour guide Inma was great. The Mezquita was spectacular, perhaps one of the most beautiful/historic/amazing sites I've every seen. The Alcazar was interesting. Inma did a great job bringing it alive. The Synagogue was OK. If you're coming to Cordoba for the day, then a visit to all three is worthwhile. If you're there for non-vacation reasons, make the Mezquita your number one place to see.

Jaoquin was an excellent guide, he is personable and knowledgeable.

We truly enjoyed our tour. Joaquin made the tour successful because of his method of instruction, his ability to listen to and respond to questions was only possible because of his knowledge of the toured sites. I greatly appreciated his telling us of danger areas in the city, for example, to be aware of pickpockets in certain areas. His English is impeccable, and he explains to great detail things a visitor might want to know.

Guide was very enthusiastic. Bilingual tour does waste more time.

We had excellent trip...Guide was very helpful but doing the tour with audio guide inside the main area of Cordoba was a disappointment. With bilingual tour it wastes too much time on short trip like this..I do not know if this is because you do not get enough members..
