Full description
Join this tour to explore the famous lost citadel of Machu Picchu and Machu Picchu Mountain. Be amazed by this incredible UNESCO World Heritage Site. Your day will start with pickup from your hotel at approximately 3:00 AM, allowing you to get to the site as early as possible to enjoy the views and make the hike to Machu Picchu Mountain in time.

You will be taken through the valley to the train station in Ollantaytambo, from where you will take the earliest train possible to Aguas Calientes. Once you have arrived, board a bus for a 30-minute ride to Machu Picchu. Your professional guide will take you straight to the entrance of Machu Picchu Mountain, so you can arrive in time for your given time slot to hike up the mountain. After hiking Machu Picchu Mountain, you will have a guided tour around the famous Lost City of the Incas.

After the guided tour, the bus will take you back to Aguas Calientes, where you can have something to eat before boarding the train back to Cusco. You will arrive in Cusco in the evening after an unforgettable day full of experiences and adventures.

• Access to Machu Picchu Mountain is split into 2 groups: Group 1 from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM and Group 2 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM
• The Machu Picchu mountain hike is considered moderate in difficulty so it’s highly recommended for you to be in good physical condition
• Bring a current valid passport on the day of travel
• It is recommended that you wear comfortable clothes and shoes, a sun hat, warm clothing, a waterproof jacket or raincoat, lip balm, and repellent
