Full description
Depart Zadar early in the morning on this 8-hour excursion. Stop for a panoramic view of Šibenik en route. Continue to Trogir, where you’ll enjoy a tour with a local guide. See the ancient influence of Greek, Roman and Venetian settlers in the palaces, churches and towers concentrated on a small island.

Next on the itinerary is a visit to Split. Tour the Diocletian’s Palace – a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the world’s most impressive Roman monuments. See bars, restaurants and shops that thrive today within the atmospheric walls.

Spend the rest of your time exploring Split on your own. Visit a traditional market or take a walk along the seafront promenade.

We really enjoyed the trip although an advertised stop to see a panoramic view of Sibenik was omitted as the guide was unaware that it was on the itinerary. We would recommend this trip as the two cities are beautiful with lots to see and explore, the private bus for our group of 10 was perfect and arrived promptly on time as arranged.
