What people are saying about Warner Bros. Studio London
We spent wonderful time in the studio. Eye catching creatues, great behind the scene informations, great entertainment. One should plan 4-5 hour for the in studio - if you wish to see and try everything!
It was a great tour! Definitely recommendable! The transfer worked well and the driver was friendly and flexibly concerning picking us up. Each of us four was impressed and happy! But print your tickets! Unfortunately pur tickets weren't accepted on the smartphone. But fortunately we could print it at the studios. All in all it was a great tour! Thank you!
Guide to studios, Ryan, was organized and friendly. The studio guide, Carmen, was a true expert and made our experience one of the best parts of our London trip. We were truly awestruck as first time visitors! The free time afterwards was an added boon to go into details in the parts we wanted to look at more closely, and take more photos. The cafe near the front had opened for the first time on our visit, and my daughter said it was the best hot chocolate she’s had in a long time! My mocha wasn’t too shabby either! Shout out to Callum making the drinks! We can strongly recommend this tour for Harry Potter fans, or movie fans in general. We can’t wait to go back with our other daughters!
The WB tour itself was wonderful, fun, and educational. I cannot say the same for Golden Tours. When we were in London we had four tours booked. By mistake we arrived for the 8:00 WB tour and our tour was later in the afternoon. The gentleman loading the bus for the 8:00 WB tour said they had space but I need to check with the office. The office said we could not go early because WB had our name on the list for later. I found out later at WB they have no ones name and don't care as long as you have a ticket. During the later morning my wife became ill. She insisted I go anyway. When I arrived at Golden Tours office I explained my situation and was told they could not change the tour because all the tours for the days we had left in London were full. I went on the tour and had a great time. When I returned to the hotel I checked and they had space on 3 of the four days we had left. Two chances to help with no results. I will not use Golden Tours again and do not recommend them.
Incredible experience! Amazing seeing all the sets, props and costumes used in the films. Also now knowing how much work went into the sets alone makes me appreciate the film franchise even more! A fun, interesting family experience for all ages!
