Friendly driver, very patient. Group of eight passagers were talking all the time and did not listen to the driver instruction. We are supposed to meet in front of the Princess hotel on the other side of the road. Not listening they stood on the wrong side of the road with other visitors not in our group. They delayed our departure by over 20 minutes. They did not realise that they are with the wrong group, but also did not care about looking to ghd other side of the road and sed the bus. More over five of them came to the bus and two ladies of the same group stood in their wrong location. After boarding they were complaining that the driver was lats 45 minutes, and they threatened to file a complain. Unbelievable people. In spite of all this the driver was very patient. In case they really fild a complaint, this is my testimony. 20 people were on the bus waiting for those morons.

A wonderful tour with an excellent knowledgeable guide - Nadim - he is an absolute asset to your company. Organised, efficient and very personable - well done, Nadim! Butchart Gardens was an array of splendid colours and blooms which was both breathtaking and spectacular. Victoria was a truly beautiful elegant city steeped in history and full of atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this tour.

A definitely must do! Orca Spirit adventure was amazing! We saw lots of animals, we were lucky finding our first humpback whale in the first 15-20 minutes of our trip. Our guide Ed was amazing, funny and knowledgeable. I was a bit worried about waves, but you simply cannot feel it in this powerful boat! I will definitely go back and do it again!

Even though the ferries closed our day because of high winds you offered refund or rescheduling. We chose rescheduling the next day. Your driver also drove us around Vancouver to see a few sites and dropped us off at our request. Both drivers were friendly and informative. Good work under bad circumstances. A+

The organization of the tour was set up wonderfully. Do expect for a very long day ahead of you. Our tour guide, Randi, was very knowledgeable about the city and made the tour fun and exciting. There was plenty of time to tour the gardens and the city of Victoria.
