Such a great and informative class where Victor is a professional chef willing to share so much knowledge with you. Ran at a good pace and every ingredient and technique is explained so you understand the importance of the process of making traditional Spanish cuisine. Intimate class of nine and with Sangria and olives to indulge in while you cook, everyone had a great time. The servings at dinner time was so generous that we had to roll out of the market. Highly recommended if you want to learn something a little different and taste authentic paella.

Domenico was an excellent instructor - patient, clear and generous with his professional tips, and the food we made together was scrumptious. It was very well organised so everybody in the group could participate and learn. The recipes arrived promptly by email today and we’re looking forward to trying them when we get home.

What an experience Victor provided. We cannot speak too highly of his professional approach yet making us feel at ease and having a really enjoyable time. Sitting back afterwards, eating our creations and enjoying a drink as a group was something we would recommend to anyone. Good value for money.
