Thanks Basilisks for sharing your knowledge with patient .........::..

It was a great idea to have a guide, one of the best parts: skipping the lines. Basilisks was very patient and she has a great knowledge about the tour she gave us a lot of information and taking breaks is strategic places and moments. Please, advise in the website that we have to buy the entrance tickets separated of this services.

Can’t be missed. Pick up point too far away.

I bought the ticket, thinking it would be literally ‘around the corner’. It is in fact down a little street, across a very busy road and then to the other side. All in all an hour looking for the pick-up address. A €3 plus admin fee is expensive too. Go to the Acropolis at 8am and the ticket queue is small. It’s only €20 there.

Exceptional. Added so much to the overall experience.

It was over 100F the day we were scheduled to go and it is quite a hike. On the way up, she would find shady spots to tell us about what we were going to see next. So much information -a great history lesson. She always took our questions. The best way to see the Acropolis! Thanks!

Acropolis: Guided Walking Tour with Entrance Ticket Reviewed by

Excellent guide. Great information and pacing.

Kimon, our guide, took us from top to bottom on a hot and windy day. He kept all the information flowing, answered any questions and the group moving at a good pace in the heat whilst still ensuring everyone was in shade where possible. One of the best walking tours we have done..

Helpful, depends on the time of the year

We went in September and I’m sure if we had gone first thing in the morning it would have been well worth it. We went around 9:30 and there was only a line of 40 or so. Although it was probably worth it to skip the line. The acropolis was insanely crowded, but still enjoyable.
