The View from the Shard

The View from the Shard

Take a double-decker elevator up to London's best view. Tickets aren't cheap, but if the cloudy English weather spoils the 40-mile panoramas, you can go back another time for free!

exciting and amazing views, due to brilliant weather

Being dropped off quite a distance from the Shard we took a taxi, but it was worth the extra it cost us, we were not sure we could sort the underground out, and not sure which bus would get us there, but hey ho, it did not matter, all went according to plan and we really enjoyed the experience, the weather was obviously on our side, and the sun lit up the whole area, just awesome, we are sure to go back again.

Shard was great, wording of activity could be better

The view from the Shard was wonderful. Fairly busy, and lots of people ‘camping’ beside the windows as that’s the only way to ensure a good viewing sesh. Not sure why this packaging included the phrase ‘champagne optional’ - there’s no offer here, it’s just available to purchase at the bar with all the other beverages.

Fantastic experience offering 360° views.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful, didn't really feel the lift move, although experienced slight pressure in ears, walking out to the viewing area was a bit unnerving but very exciting, weather was good so could see for miles, it was fun trying to pick out famous landmarks. Great experience full stop.

Great experience, can strongly recommend

Superbe Organisation with allocated seats ( we were a party of 10), plenty of delicious food, and great tour along the sightseeing highlights of London in the comfort of a boat trip. Particularly good across different ages (our group from 5-85 years old).

London: Afternoon Tea Cruise on the River Thames Reviewed by

Weather on Sat' am was poor but all aspects of Shard tour were Agood.

A very good morning activity, alas weather - wet and windy and misty - could have been better. A little confused about 'optional champagne' wording on ticket, but otherwise the tour from arrival to departure was very well organised.
