The menu is designed by chef, restaurateur, TV presenter, and former MasterChef judge, Luke Nguyen, who brings over twenty years of experience to his role as ambassador chef of Botanic House.

Born in Thailand and raised in Australia by Vietnamese parents and Chinese grandparents, Luke's colorful heritage is celebrated in the 11-course tasting menu.
