the food was delicious. The instructor was very helpful. This was very much worth the cost and time. I will say that some of the ingredients were prepared before hand because of how long they take. For example, the tomato sauce takes over three hours, so that was ready when we got there. The instructor still went over the ingredients and process to make everything, even the stuff that was prepared before hand.

We have had the most wonderful morning! Thank you to all our new friends at Tirabuscio! Luigi picked us up from our hotel and drove us up into the beautiful hills above Sorrento where we were met with a very warm welcome and a beautiful setting. What a dream to cook on a lovely shady veranda surrounded by olive trees. We had great fun learning to make our own ravioli and discovering aubergine parmigiana! Our teachers were so kind and helpful and there was plenty of laughter along the way! We also sampled lots of different types of olive oil, created our own caprese salads and made a lovely tiramisu. We were treated to delicious wine and limoncello and felt thoroughly spoilt! We highly recommend this super holiday adventure. Thank you so much!

Fantastic day spent learning to cook

We were picked up at our hotel by Luigi who took us to his restaurant in the hills of Sorrento. There we were greeted by his business partner Laura who was to be our teacher for the class. We were given a glass of processco on arrival. There were 3 in our group and an other party of 2. We were shown how to cook aubergine parmigiana, caprese salad, ravioli and a cake. We had such fun, wine whilst cooking, limocello after lunch. Good instruction. You eat what you cook afterwards. We spent just over 3 hours with Laura and Luigi. We left having learned how to cook homemade ravioli. We had a great time.
