The tour will begin with a pickup at 8.00 AM from your hotel. You will head to the coast along the impressive highway roads before arriving at the 'Cueva del Indio'. A short hike will lead you to the beach where you can witness stunning cliff formations on the coastline before heading into the hidden cave entrance. This cave was a ceremonial spot for ancient indigenous cultures and you can see their heritage with the hundreds of carved petroglyphs on the walls of the cave. Your knowledgeable guide will explain the art, culture, and religion of the Taínos.

You will then head towards Karstic mountain region of Arecibo. Start by taking a hike through the forest with your guide explaining the flora and fauna of the forest and outlining the geological properties of the area that resulted in these caves. The next stop is the 'Cueva Ventana' and its marvelous formation that creates a window view of the Arecibo river valley.
