What people are saying about San Francisco

Great boat tour; Poor ticket collection process

Once we actually got onto the boat all was good. The tour was as stated and it went around Alcatraz twice to give a good history lesson. Getting to that point wasn't very clear. The paper receipt is not your ticket. Where to exchange your receipt for a ticket is not clearly stated. It shows where to get the boat but not the ticket window to go to. The line was so long because there isn't a will call window for advanced purchased tickets its all one in the same. Once we got to the window they were not able to issue us tickets for the assigned time which was very frustrating and not convenient. This defeats the purpose of advanced purchased tickets - no time saved and very little money savings as I came to learn. I will definitely think twice before booking again. At a minimum make sure I don't have to exchange receipt for ticket.

This was a memorable trip around the bay, not to be miss

I've been to San Francisco many times, but this was my first sunset cruise. The images were stunning, providing close-up views of the main things you want to see. The vessel and crew were great, the food was good, the guitarist played and sang well. The combination produced great value for the price paid. Most everyone on board looked happy, like they were really enjoying themselves. I'm so glad I got to go. It was a beautiful experience. Go!

Awesome! A must do on your vacation! Wheelchair accessible!

It was super fun and we learned a lot from the audio narration around the bay. It is everything you want to see starting at pier 40 1/2 but right next to pier 39 (shopping and food) to the coast around the bay, the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz. For a great activity worth the admission for a great hour cruise. It’s a must do family activity! I’m also in a wheelchair so it is very safe and accessible!

Pleasurable Bay, bridge and Alcatraz tour

We had a blast. Extremely informative, comfortable and just long enough to keep my collage age companion “un-bored.” Tickets sold-out for island, but I’d visited Alcatraz before. I learned more, and didn’t have to climb the prison’s ramparts, on the cruise. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Customer service at all points was great, informative employees.

I arrived with a few questions and the employees were pleasant and informative. The boat ride was consistent with the scheduled times of departure and return. Disembarking from the boat was easy and the employees were smiling and said goodbye.
