Full description
Arrive at the south entrance to Hells Canyon and board the jet boat. Set off on a 54-mile round trip through the Wild River Section of the canyon.

Expect to see rock walls, desert grasslands, and alpine forests on the same trip. Listen to the captain as they regale you with stories about the early Native Americans who inhabited this area and the ranching families that have called Hells Canyon home over the years. Keep your eyes open for wildlife such as bald eagles, black bears, and bighorn sheep. Take advantage of the endless photo opportunities and guaranteed memory making moments.

Between 12-1 PM lunch and water or lemonade will be served at Sheep Creek Historic Ranch or Kirkwood Historic Ranch. The 54-mile round trip typically returns back the launch site between 3-4 PM Pacific Time.

Hells Canyon Creek Visitor Center, Imnaha, OR 97842, USA When you arrive at the Hells Canyon Dam you will drive across it and 1 mile North to the Hells Canyon Creek Visitor Center and Launch Site. Park your car in the large secure parking lot. On the back side of the Visitor Center are some stairs. You will walk down the stairs, at the bottom you will see picnic tables. The Hells Canyon Adventures crew will meet you at the picnic tables 30 minutes prior to your tour departure time.
