We had a great time! Really good experience and the staff was terrific. Amazing views and good history lesson. Also, my son had a little incident on his bike and they could not have been better - cleaned him up and made him happy. Helene and the rest of the crew at the shop are awesome.

Fantastic experience. Very knowledgeable guide. Highly recommended!

We booked the bike tour for our first morning in Quebec City to get to know the area quickly and make the most of our few days there. We are a family of 6, with 4 teens of varying fitness levels. On the morning of our tour it was pouring rain. We called to ask about rescheduling. We were assured they had been checking the radar and the rain would stop around the time of our tour but if not we could look at postponing. Sure enough the rain stopped as we arrived at the meeting point and stayed away the remainder of the trip! We met our lovely guide, Phil, and found our bikes were ready for us, complete with water, handlebar bags for our small items and a rain poncho just in case! We made adjustments to seats and had a basic overview/bike safety instructions from Phil and we were off! Phil was a fun and very knowledgeable guide. The pace was perfect for all of us and we got to see so much more of the city and surrounding green space than on a walking tour. Definitely recommended!
