Enjoy a concert at the Basilica of St. George, which has been preserved as one of the oldest church buildings in Prague since its foundation around 920 by Prince Vratislav I. The interior of the basilica is Romanesque, austere and monumental. The tombs of members of the Premyslid dynasty of princes are situated in the main nave.

You will listen to the Old Prague Music Ensemble, which was founded in cooperation with the National Theatre and the State Opera House and is formed of highly experienced professional musicians from The National Theatre, The State Opera House, The Czech Radio, The Prague Symphony Orchestra and the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra. From the date of its formation it has featured as part of both Czech and international musical culture.

The Christmas concert program includes: Prelude from Te Deum, Music for the Royal Fireworks Laudate Dominum, O Holy Night, and more.
