Full description
Enjoy a 1.5-hour guided walk in Babelsberg Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The tour offers visitors an insight into the turbulent history of this dreamlike parkland.

Learn about the dramatic era in which Babelsberg Park was created and the role it played at the end of WWII. In 1961 it was divided by the Berlin Wall and the history of the park is closely linked to escape attempts across the Iron Curtain.

From the Babelsberg Palace, take in stunning views of the Bridge of Spies, a symbol of the Cold War.

Today the bridge connects Potsdam, the former capital of the greatest GDR district with the former West Berlin. After an easy 2-kilometer walk, return to the starting point.

anregend und sehr kompetent vermittelt. Jederzeit gerne wieder
