Being new to Melbourne, my husband and I had to find the location of the pier. (A big sign would have been helpful). We walked from Aurora Lane, on the day prior to our boat trip. We found your location, but the older man in your kiosk was rude & unhelpful and said that if we didn’t have our booking form with us he couldn’t check if our names were on your list. Not a good first impression. Fortunately, the following day, your crew were excellent & the trip in both directions was really enjoyable.

It covers most fun activities in Melbourne. Mixture of nature and city. It is among the cheapest package. The total value is worth it. Except AATKing denied us from getting on board, they insisted on the physical card, instead of QRCode. As much as possible, try to cover all zoos, there are unique each. The attraction in city is "free", if you sum up all activities.

Great cruise with entertaining and informative guides/captains. it was actually broken into two separate cruises (one up river and one down) with a bit of a wait in between but it was worth it in the end.

An excellent way to give visitors an insight into the City of Melbourne. The Captain was very informative, humorous and open to any questions. An excellent 2 hour trip in our stay in Melbourne.

Easy to find the dock, the captain also as a tour guide very informative. On a city side, it’s an interesting tour. But garden side is kinda boring. Overall it’s a nice tour
