My favorite way to see Madrid! It was so much fun!

We took the 1.5 hour ride down around the royal palace gardens, then over to the river path to see the bridges and soak in the local scene. It would have taken us days to cover all this on foot and it "driving" a Segway is a blast if you haven't ever tried. Our guide was Chris and he gets 6 stars for serval reasons. His command of English was fantastic so we could communicate easily and ask lots of questions. He was super personal and friendly, no salesman talk or "I've said this a million times" drone, and he graciously took pictures whenever we wanted that were awesome because he had done it many times. There's a lot of Segway places trying to get you on the street but I highly recommend this place.

A wonderful introduction to a wonderful city!

What a fun experience! We took the tour on the first day of our visit to Madrid and truly covered a lot of ground in 90 minutes. For the rest of our stay we spent lots of time walking the center of town, constantly finding ourselves in places we had visited during our Segway tour. Our guide Jose provided lots of detailed and entertaining information about the sites we visited. We had been on other Segway tours so we were pretty comfortable segway-ers but Jose helped us quickly get reacquainted with the device and made certain we were safe all along the way. A highly recommended way to see a lot of Madrid in a short time!

Great way to know the city and the culture!

Mario is a very good guide - born in the city, he knows A LOT about it, about the food, culture and so on. The tour was very well structured, you could actually enjoy everything at a good pace, without the need to rush anywhere. The only reason why I didn't put 5 stars is that out of the 4 places we visited 3 were absolutely great, while one of them could have been much better. But definitely recommended - great way to spend an afternoon (ideally at the beginning of your stay in Madrid - as you can get a lot of useful tips for the upcoming days!).

Wonderful way to see some sights and get history lesson

Our guide Javi was excellent, speaking both English and Spanish to the group. (5 of us) His knowledge of the sites and history of Madrid and Spain were on the mark. He kept a good watch on the us, as I took a wrong turn in a crowded plaza and he found me! He was careful on the streets, always in bike lane or back way. Tour is inexpensive and extensive lasting 3 hours. I would highly recommend this way of sightseeing, if you like to bike. There is SO much walking in Madrid, a beautiful city. Thank you.

The tour was not hurried and excellently led and narrated.

Our tour was the first of the day and we had the palace virtually to ourselves for almost an hour. Our guide took full advantage of this and gave us a very complete and informative tour in a relaxed atmosphere. The guide was very knowledgeable and was able to select the best topics on which to focus, unimpeded.
