Helpful, Courteous Staff and Extraordinary breathtaking views.

The cruise was exceptional. The crew assisted by volunteering to take pictures at the perfect moments. My phone had died and they allowed me to charge it at the bar and then took photos on their phone and air dropped them to me at the end of the cruise. Wonderful photogenic experience. My only tip for improvement, it was hard for me to find the exact pier. Locals may know that Pier 39 is famous for the sea lions that hang out on the dock, but I was new to SanFran and didn't know I was looking for actual living sea lions. I was standing by a statue of of seals on the boardwalk and waited for 20 minutes before I realized the seal statue may not be what they had meant. I asked 3 people and called the company to find out where to be. Leave yourself plenty of time. Also, seals and sea lions are different animals, so please be more specific in describing that the boat leaves from the pier next to where the actual living sea lions sunbathe.

Great Experience. Wonderful Staff. Very Accomodating. A+++

We had more than a pleasant time on this excursion. The staff members were very friendly and welcoming, plus the experience of being on a catamaran and sailing around the by was unsurpassed. We were pleased that jackets were available (which was an extra bonus) as most people may not realize how cool it can get being out on the water for 90 minutes. The snacks were great, too. Really neat to see Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge up so close!

Fantastic way to get to know bit about San Francisco

Very good value trip. Stay on the bus and go round on the full journey first so you get to understand the city layout, then hop on and off. Some stops really busy and traffic bad so impossible to time when you might get somewhere. We walked rather than wait a few times.

A great adventure in the San Francisco Bay with Captain Charlie !

This was a great way to spend 1.5 hours seeing and feeling the beauty of San Francisco Bay. Captain Charlie is a lot of fun and everyone enjoyed the time on the water while he showed us the Golden Gate Bridge, the Bay Bridge, and historic and beautiful spots in between.

Pleasurable Bay, bridge and Alcatraz tour

We had a blast. Extremely informative, comfortable and just long enough to keep my collage age companion “un-bored.” Tickets sold-out for island, but I’d visited Alcatraz before. I learned more, and didn’t have to climb the prison’s ramparts, on the cruise. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
