I think the concept of the fast entry ticket and pre-buying via the mobile app is great. The only concern in this case was at 10am, the time of opening, there was no separate line for fast entry. We didn't wait long to get in, but did have to still have a paper ticket printed once our mobile tickets were verified. Kind of pointless, and actually took longer to enter. I am hoping there is a better system later in the day when the lines are much longer. We loved the experience, and the Palma Cathedral is a beautiful site to see, especially on a sunny morning. The gardens & grounds around the property are also worth the time.
Enjoyable visit to Palma Cathedral. As we had the ticket prior to visit it saved us queuing. We had booked for a Tuesday but due to sickness we changed the day to Thursday. The staff were very helpful and did this for us without a problem. Would definitely recommend to friends as people without a ticket were not bothering to wait.
Highly recommended place to visit in Palma. Both the cathedral and museum were lovely and interesting to see. Would recommend getting the audio guide for the cathedral. Give yourself plenty of time to visit both.
Fast pass wasn’t needed and seemed like it didn’t exist, had to wait in line to give them my digital ticket and was sent to the back of the line when trying to use the “fast pass” that I paid for.
We felt that there needed to be better signs showing you where to go with a Fast track ticket as it wasn’t clear. However, once we found the entrance it worked fine.
