What people are saying about Old Quebec

Fantastic experience. Very knowledgeable guide. Highly recommended!

We booked the bike tour for our first morning in Quebec City to get to know the area quickly and make the most of our few days there. We are a family of 6, with 4 teens of varying fitness levels. On the morning of our tour it was pouring rain. We called to ask about rescheduling. We were assured they had been checking the radar and the rain would stop around the time of our tour but if not we could look at postponing. Sure enough the rain stopped as we arrived at the meeting point and stayed away the remainder of the trip! We met our lovely guide, Phil, and found our bikes were ready for us, complete with water, handlebar bags for our small items and a rain poncho just in case! We made adjustments to seats and had a basic overview/bike safety instructions from Phil and we were off! Phil was a fun and very knowledgeable guide. The pace was perfect for all of us and we got to see so much more of the city and surrounding green space than on a walking tour. Definitely recommended!

Great experience but clearer pickup/dropoff points are needed

Experience was great, I really enjoyed it. I hopped on and hopped off two separate times. It went very smoothly. My only suggestion is that they need to make more clearly defined pick up and drop off places. They give you a general area, and by the time you see the double Dekker red bus it’s already picked up the people and left you behind. The first time that I got on I missed the bus and had to wait another 45 minutes for the next one to come.

Great way to begin your trip to quebec to get overall view.

One day pass is enough. We didnt use the second day pass at all because we didnt know when and where to find the stops when we were out walking around the following day so ended up just walking. We needed it later than 4:00 pm when it ended, so took a public bus back to our hotel at night. Also the volume for the tour wasnt loud enough over the people in back of us and the traffic at times. One day pass for initial overview is fine.

Simple was to know the city and get local information

As always, I get this type of deal to visit the city spotlights, get some local information and then stop on the attractions that thrills me the most or that may be more convenient according to location. Old Quebec is small and you can basically walk the city, but getting to the new city it´s far and you cannot simply walk unless you have a lot of time. My trip was a short one and the weather was too cold.

This is an excellent way to get a tour of the old city.

Great value. We did the tour twice - once in the morning while there was a slight drizzle and again in the afternoon when it was bright and sunny. It's an excellent way to tour the old city and to learn about its history.
