Fantastic experience. Very knowledgeable guide. Highly recommended!

We booked the bike tour for our first morning in Quebec City to get to know the area quickly and make the most of our few days there. We are a family of 6, with 4 teens of varying fitness levels. On the morning of our tour it was pouring rain. We called to ask about rescheduling. We were assured they had been checking the radar and the rain would stop around the time of our tour but if not we could look at postponing. Sure enough the rain stopped as we arrived at the meeting point and stayed away the remainder of the trip! We met our lovely guide, Phil, and found our bikes were ready for us, complete with water, handlebar bags for our small items and a rain poncho just in case! We made adjustments to seats and had a basic overview/bike safety instructions from Phil and we were off! Phil was a fun and very knowledgeable guide. The pace was perfect for all of us and we got to see so much more of the city and surrounding green space than on a walking tour. Definitely recommended!

Our trip to Quebec city and the falls wasvery good; we enjoyed it imme

The trip was enjoyable from start to finish. Our Driver Norman was fabulous, having to weave through Friday long weekend rush hour traffic in Quebec and being forced to take an unplanned detour, he still managed to get us back to our intended destination in a very timely manner!! Great job Norman much appreciated by the Albertans. The tour was well organized and operated mostly on schedule all day, tour guides were very knowledgeable. Only thing stopping us from an excellent rating was the fact that the Plains of Abraham museum was not open due to a worker strike in Quebec. No fault of Grey Line, just unfortunate circumstances. A little more time at Montmorency falls would have been nice. Thank you for a wonderful day!

Great way to begin your trip to quebec to get overall view.

One day pass is enough. We didnt use the second day pass at all because we didnt know when and where to find the stops when we were out walking around the following day so ended up just walking. We needed it later than 4:00 pm when it ended, so took a public bus back to our hotel at night. Also the volume for the tour wasnt loud enough over the people in back of us and the traffic at times. One day pass for initial overview is fine.

Excellent way to learn the history of Quebec City!

We had Clarisse as our tour guide and not only was she very informative, but she made the history of Quebec City enjoyable and come alive with her knowledge. The overall review of Quebec City was helpful in making decisions whether you wanted to dig deeper into other tours like the Citadelle and such. I'd highly recommend this tour!

Cool video and diorama presentation of the history of Quebec.

Very informative 30 minute video and diorama presentation of the history of old Quebec. Cool effects and interesting history. Would be boring for young children, but is perfect for upper elementary and older children and adults. There was air conditioning too, which provided a nice reprieve from the heat.
