Protesters & rain but still great thanks to Shane

Protesters in London caused all Tour Buses lots of problems on our trip. But the staff that greeted us at The Aldwich were professional and efficient. Once the bus arrived Shane took over and he was fantastic. What a great asset to your company. He apologised many times for events that were totally out of his control (protesters/diversions) We were on the bus much longer than we intended and missed a few things due to the diversions. The weather changed in an instant from blue skies and sunshine to heavy rain but my friends and I stayed put with Shane on the top deck, he stood up throughout. He entertained with great information and humour and even played "Its Raining Men" for us when we were totally soaked. He apologised again & kept us informed when he got off it was so very different. We could not really hear Luke and didn't actually see him - he sat somewhere but we didn't know where. It was disappointing that our £34 each trip was so badly disrupted but Shane made it great fun!

Added valuable structure and insight to our museum visit

We found that our guide was very pleasant company, with a (at times) slightly unorthodox, but informed perspective of the paintings she chose to show us. The tour flew by, and we felt the information shared with us was always interesting, & most often was well beyond what you'd find in the information written on the wall by each painting. We weren't showed all the highlights of the gallery however, and only noticed a wing dedicated to Degas after the tour finished (20 mins early). This aside, we had a good time and would recommend the tour to any art loving tourists.

the tour gives a good overview of the most important sights in London

I booked the 48h tour and this included a ship tour to Greenwich. I only boarded the boat in the evening of the first day for the last trip. What nobody told me was that this boat does not go to Greenwich, I only realized later but at that time the voucher was already marked so I could only go to Tower and not the whole way

Fun tour but difficult to find where to board the first time

The tour was great but it was difficult to find where we were supposed to board the bus the first time. We went to an office who directed us to a bus station who then directed us on a 10minute walk to another area.

very Informative by the live guide talk.

Were disappointed that agents selling your tickets on the street were very unhelpful and rude in helping us locate bus stop to start and get tickets. When we FOUND lady at Piccadilly she was most helpful.
