The Market Square is the cornerstone of Lviv's diverse culture. Begin the tour here and continue down the cobblestoned roads to reach the Armenian Church, the Dominican Cathedral, the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, and the Chapel of the Boim Family.

The underground will be next. Together with your guide, you will explore the narrow tunnels, catacombs and dungeons that has existed since the Middle Ages. The mysterious underground world of Lviv connects all the main buildings in the old town and used to serve as cellars, jail and shelter. 

The dungeon below the Church of Jesuits is the most famous of them all. It still holds remnants of the ancient defensive walls of the 13th century. Remnants of Prince Lev Castle can be found beneath the Dominican Cathedral. Not far from there, you will find medieval instruments of torture. The tour ends in the dungeon beneath the Transfiguration Church.

The Pharmacy Museum will also be one of the highlights of your tour. The museum offers fascinating stories about the ancient features of the pharmacy.
