Great flight, terrible customer service.
Communication from the flight place was disgraceful. They changed our time from early morning to afternoon two days before. Also added 20% ‘gratuity’ that had to be paid or they would cancel. The actual flight was great and our pilot (Chris) was brilliant and gave loads of good updates as we flew. It’s a shame the company didn’t have his very relaxed and customer friendly attitude.
Tour guide great but the company should ensure equipment is working.
English Alan was fun and knowledgeable. We liked him!!! He struggled with the head mic as the equipment was failing. We paid the on line price while others paid up to $30 less, made us feel taken advantage of and in the end the equipment was not sufficient. Nathan who organized us all was also awesome!!!

Our tour guide, Dave, was outstanding. Full of information, anecdotes and fun, and a great driver safely navigating the streets of Hollywood and Beverly Hills. If you fancy a short tour I would highly recommend this and get a glimpse of the homes and lifestyles of the rich and famous.
Our guide Zahir was excellent; so very friendly and very helpful.
Details of the tour were quite inadequate, with no details of the time, or where we had to catch the tour (we were staying in a private residence rather than a hotel). I had to call the contact number to find out this info. However the lady who took my call was so very helpful.
Excellent way to see LA from the air. Pilot was great
Pilot (Austin) was great. He took us to see some other sites along the way and we were more excited about those. He was also very informative about the area. Well worth it.
