What people are saying about Hurghada

A fab excersion which my family enjoyed and worth the cost

The local operator contacted me prior via WhatsApp message - as with all my other excersions booked through this company to confirm pick up time from my hotel. Take a scalf & sunglasses or goggles for Quads, or you will have to hire them for a few Euros. End of Aug is hot so you don’t need a winter scalf, just something to cover your head & face. My family of 5 were picked up in a small van on time at approx 11:30am from our Hurghada hotel. Drove for approx 15 mins to pick up 2 other passengers. Our transfer to the Quad Biking desert area took approx a further 20 mins. There is a water machine for free cold water. You pay for soft drinks. First we did the sand buggy for approx 20 mins then we did Quad Bike for approx 45 mins. Both very easy to operate. Then they took us across the desert in the van to Bedouin Village, did camel ride & the guide tells you about Bedouin way of life. Returned for nice BBQ feast & evening entertainment before drop off back at our hotel. All well organised.

Coach breakdown on the day ultimately made for very good pictures.

Unfortunately, out of control of the independent guides, the compressor on the coach blew, leaving us on the road for 2h waiting for a replacement bus. Some on the coach felt there wasnt much point continuing due to the length of the drive to Luxor. We did continue, and with arriving at sites (eg Karnak) 2h later than other trips, but this did mean we were the only people there, giving us some fantastic photos of the sites empty. The guides also paid for us all to sail the Nile crossing at their expense, which also made up some time lost. There was still the distinct feeling of being rushed through each site, however speaking to other tourists who had done Luxor trips, this is par for all the trips apparently. Lunch was OK, at a restaurant in a buffet style setting, but drinks were not included and expensive. Snacks and drinks were provided for free throughout the day. Guides provided in 4 languages, and divided into groups. English group only 7 people, and felt like a private tour.

Good fun and a nice day out. A little different from expectations

A little different from expectations. Lunch was very good, and lots of time lounging on the boat. My husband has dived before (no PADI) and I was a first timer, and I feel we were both catered for, though we were both held on to throughout the dives (10 and 20 mins approx). Because each dive was chaperoned, it meant waiting around for each pairs 'turn', so time otherwise spent sunning ourselves on the boat, having some banter with the crew. Both dives were on the same island, just a bit futher around the coral, which was a little disappointing. However I feel we got a good experience for the price, and the boat was very clean and of high quality, nice for lounging whilst we waited. Would recommend bringing snorkel with you for the trip, as you are free to snorkel whilst you wait for others to finish their dives - saves sitting around.

Amazing experience with our brilliant guide

We loved every program on the trip, from the start to finish, it was exciting, but please make sure if you want to do it, prepare yourself with all the gear, scarf and goggles, but don’t worry if you forget to bring them with you, they supply all the equipment with reasonable price. Our guide called Dolce Vita not sure if I spell it right, on the trip was also great, patient and very friendly and in control. If you are in Hurghada and love to try an amazing experience, you have got to book it with this company. Easy to book and make a payment and they send confirmation to you straight away after payment.

Very professional and well organized trip

I've booked a shared excursion, and I get a private one!!! Well done! You must choose this trip to Luxor. It is very well organized and because it is for small groups, you will have a relaxed and stress free trip. Our guide, AMANI is an extremely professional young lady, with a perfect English and waste knowledge of Egyptian mythology and culture. She gave us the best explanations and guidance during the whole day. The only downside of this day was the lunch, which must be improved. Thank you Amani!
