What people are saying about Hong Kong
My earlier misgivings about facing a fear of heights on a trip in a glass-bottomed cable car were soon quietened as I took in the beauty of the views from our car. The smooth, gentle movement of the car up the hill allowed me to focus on all I could see rather than worrying about the journey. It was an incredible way to reach the Po Lin monastery and would definitely recommend it as a ‘must do’ while in Hong Kong. Gorgeous views, brilliant journey, lovely staff!
We thought the staff were extremely good. We found it hard to work out where to wait at the convention centre site. - signage required in English. For safety reasons, having someone on shore to help secure the rope to bollard. We base this on similar experiences around the world recently. There was no gang plank and if you have limited mobility, you could find it tricky to get on and off the boat.
Lawrence (Wong Wai Hung) simply outperformed in all respects, I would give him 7 stars if possible: great city and culture knowledge, lots of care about our interests, polite, time efficient, concerned about our overall well being while in HK, sent us follow ups and addresses regarding things to do and places to visit. Great human being on top of all. My family of 5 was amazed, thank you.
In three hours we got a nice impression of the town. Mohammad was very kind and helpful. His english is excellent which was really helpful for our communication. Communication with your agency and with Mohammad was going very well after we have mad our booking. All in all it was a very pleasant experience which we would definitely recommend to others.
The boat is new-old (not old really), but the experience was good. I do not think it is worth all that money (it is pricey indeed), especially if you want to get an extra drink (besides the one already included)... I can't remember a price that high in any other place I've been (and I've been to very expensive restaurants in Europe)
