Popular Dinner Package in Ho Chi Minh City

Highly recommend this Motorbike Street Food tour in Saigon. I’d done this a few years ago, but this time I was with my Mum and sisters (their 1st time to VN), so decided to do this again with them. Our main tour guide, Peter Nguyen, is exceptional! Peter’s English is as fluent as someone who was born or lived abroad (but he wasn’t). He is knowledgeable (e.g. told me the last name of “Nguyen” is the most common one and the history behind), and he is so cheerful and enthusiastic. He and the other guides picked us up from hotel on time. Brought us to the places which I had not been in my previous motorbike food tour. The “American apartment” was the highlight of the tour. Didn’t know its existence even this was my 7th time to VN. Also got a chance to “cook” something simple (I better don’t release too much details about the tour, or there’ll be no fun and surprises!) All of us felt we’ve learnt so much about the local, Saigon & VN in just a few hours time! Truly appreciated & enjoyed.

This doesn’t feel like a guided trip, more like a hang out with friends. we got to see the beauty in how the local people live and taste the street food they eat. In this tour you also get to experience another side of Ho Chi Minh City than you normally would do. We were so lucky to experience the local food and culture with Tina, Mat, Nhu and Evie. They were really friendly and easygoing. It was easy getting to know them and thanks to them. Not only are you guided by lovely guides, but you get to see the different back alleys in the city and eat street food you would never try on your own. As well as experiencing the local customs and food in Ho Chi Minh City, you get to experience the city from the locals perspective and see how they live from a first hand perspective. After the tour you will be left with a full belly, lots of memories and impressions and maybe some new friends!

After a day watching motorbikes zooming in and out of traffic and along footpaths, I wondered why I had booked this tour, but from the moment our guide Steve met us he put me totally at ease. What an amazing experience this was, visiting places we would never have found to experience the best of Vietnamese food, drink and atmosphere in amongst the local people. Our guides openly shared their knowledge of the local history, customs and culture. We felt comfortable and secure throughout our tour and could not have asked for better guides, Steve and Andy were brilliant and we recommend them very highly.

Thanks a lot to Steven, our tour giude for a fantastic private streetfood walking tour. We had a great tour though different parts of Ho Chi Minh City. In various streetfood restaurants and corners, we could try delicious vietnamese food. Steven showed us how to prepare the dishes and explained a lot about food, ingrediences and vietnamese lifestyle, culture and a lot more. This tour was a great way to get to be a part of the "organized chaos" of the Ho Chi Minh City and to try all of the best Vietnamese food around. The tour guides were very informative and took care of us the entire journey. The places we visited all had amazing and delicious Vietnamese cuisine, which left us stuffed at the end of the night. If you want to try different Vietnamese cuisine in one night and engage in the city life at night, this is the perfect tour to do so!
