Great way to spend a day out of the city

Our tour to Muir Woods and the winery tour of Sonoma and Napa was a great day to spend a day out of the City by the Bay. It was on 11 March. The tour included a small detour for some great pictures of the Golden Gate Bridge. Lunch at Sonoma Valley on a sunny March afternoon did not just taste good, it was a burst of fresh colours around the park. The wife loves cherry blossoms - now we know Japan does not have a monopoly on them; the stretch of cherry blossoms on the way out of Cline vineyard was as impressive as those we saw in Japan. The view of the lush green landscape was very impressive. A great day for pictures. Kudos to our tour guide who was superb and made the whole day a great day. Cheers.

Great guide, fun day with minimal hassle.

Our guide was Roman, who gave excellent, practical advice, a lovely SF city history tour as we drove towards our points of interest, and lots of fun anecdotes and tips on our stops prior to arrival to make sure we had the best time possible at each departure. As someone who had already spent 4 days navigating SF on my own, it was wonderful to kick back for a day and let someone else do the navigating for me. I would suggest, however, that if you like peace and quiet, are only out to observe the sights and enjoy the scheduled stops, and do not care about making friends with your bus mates (who may grow increasingly rowdy as the wine tastings progress), bring headphones to preserve your sanity.

Great experience, our guide did a fantastic job, had a great time!

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and made the trip fun. Didn't even notice that we had already driven an hour by the time we reached the valley. We were in SF for 5 days and it was definitely worth the trip out there. The Redwoods were amazing, wines were great! My criticism would be that we felt somewhat rushed. We did a lot in one day, but would have liked more time to take it all in. Just having an hour to explore the Redwoods is tighter than it sounds. I'd suggest extending the time of the entire trip so feels less rushed.

This was an experience I will always remember.

Yosemite, Redwoods, Wine Country was great! Did not get refund for Monterey. High wind Advisory over cliffs of Pacific Coast Hwy and heavy rain. Why I didn't go! I don't want to die because of tour company ignorance. I want my money back! Please respond.

Spiritual walk into the woods and Napa valley that refreshed the soul

We had a great time with our tour guide Kimberly - she was enthusiastic, and knowledgeable about San Fran hot spots and gave us great tips along the way. Loved her music on the tour! Would love to do another tour with Extranomical- worth the day trip!
