Full description
Get set for a sporty challenge and an insight in the beauty of rural Madeira. Discover the scenery of a beautiful valley. After a short walk through a rural area, reach a steep path through a characteristic tree heath to the beginning of the canyon. Come across 4 different rappels varying in altitude up to 17 meters, 2 small slides and 2 small jumps. Marvel at the trees in this canyon, covered with mystic tree beard and encounter fennel, which gave the capital of Funchal its name. At the end of the canyon, walk for fifteen minutes through ancient terraces, back to the starting point.

    It was a great experience! We were picked up from the hotel and then driven to the shop. Here we tried on our shoes and off we went. We got a good briefing, you could ask questions at any time. Much has also been said about nature. We were allowed to abseil more times and jumped in very cold water a few times. It was a really exciting experience. Again any time !

    Great experience

    We would be on a cruise ship and just wanted to try canyoning. Since the prices of the cruise operator were significantly too high for us, we booked here. In short: we had a fantastic afternoon. Canyoning itself was great fun. Our guide Han also told us a lot about the island of Madeira and its flora and fauna during canyoning. We were definitely very excited and would do it again anytime!

    Tour canceled due to rain, but perfect reversal

    Unfortunately, our tour could not take place due to too much rain the day before and on the day of the excursion - which was a shame, but completely correct, since otherwise there are considerable risks. The back processing of my booking worked perfectly, our guide immediately reported it back and arranged it. Super nice.
