Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable not only about the book and movie but also about the areas we passed on to the next clue or element. He left it for us to decide if it were literary license or reality. Lots of fun. The small group made it possible to ask questions and receive answers that kept us entertained. He recognized who knew the book/movie and who came along for their companions. The ones that just came along enjoyed it as much as the ones that really wanted to see the churches/clues/ and where it all happened. For the ones that had not read the book or seen the movie or simply forgotten parts, he explained the plot/ element in a way that they knew what was going on. He gave a quick synopsis of plot at each site. The places visited were architecturally, historically, and artistically significant to the plot but also to Rome and Romans.

Wonderful, informative, fun tour. Louisa was very knowledgeable and passionate about the artists and their history which was what we wanted to focus on more than just the Book or Movie plots. Her English was superb so she was very easy to understand even with the hub bub of the City around us.

Our guide Laura was very knowledgeable about Rome. There was not much information regarding Angels and Demons movie details. 5 miles of walking on tour was not clearly stated in description on website and was challenging for some members of our group.

Rome: Half-Day Angels and Demons Semi-Private Tour Reviewed by

This tour was fantastic. We were the only people so actually ended up being a private tour. We saw parts of Rome we would never have seen and we were given lots of information about everywhere including parts that had nothing to do with the film.

Our guide was great. Really enjoyed the overall tour, and visiting some off-the-beaten path spots. The parts about the movie were a nice add-on, but what we really liked was the itinerary and color commentary.
