What people are saying about Edinburgh

Excellent - tops the Edinburgh Dungeons with tangy historical flavour

A friend and I were working in Edinburgh over the weekend. Unlike myself, he isn't into crime, gruesome murders or history. I suggested the walking tour for our last night, having been so impressed with the Adam Lyall experience back in 2016. My friend was outstanded by the performance they gave us and I found it better than before. He also found the history interesting which was a bonus! The experience dates back to 1985, a role which has been passed down from student-to-student is still going strong. £10 per person isn't much for a walking tour in Edinburgh (including a book to take away), there are plenty in the city doing Harry Potter and other histories but none have as much entertainment value as this. It's both funny and scary in equal measure. Would strongly recommend if you're a tourist, sightseer or just looking for something different to the usual spiel. My aunt recommended this to me and now I'm making my recommendation to whoever's reading this.

Great Tour - very interesting - friendly Guide

The Tour was very interesting and well organised, our Guide Muriel knew the theme and was very friendly, the Quiz was fun with good chosen questions, i only was sorry that you could Not choose the house you wanted but took a Card, what was also fine. Muriel also gave us some more tips for stores to visit etc. so the Tour was entirely really great.

Entertaining and interesting tour with Eddie

Met on time, reasonably small group, Eddie demonstrated good levels of knowledge about Harry Potter and Edinburgh in general. Eddie involved all group members as much as they wanted to be involved, and made this a very enjoyable experience at a good price. Highly recommended.

Creepily Entertaining, and full of interesting history.

The Dungeon was a lot of fun! The staff involves everyone in each section, and gets members of the group to participte as part of the process. Everyone has fun, even those who get scared! Well worth the time and cost. And you also get to learn a bit of local history too.

Good adventure not only for real Harry Potter fans.

A very involved guide, you can see that it is his passion. He tells interestingly guided around various interesting places. Quiz difficult but interesting. A must for those who want to know the curiosities and facts from the world of the wizard from Hogwarts.
