Full description
Leave Edinburgh and head towards Falkirk, passing Linlithgow Palace and the mysterious Kelpies. See Stirling Castle in the distance and the incredible monument to William Wallace. See the southern planes transform into beautiful lakes, enchanted forests and rugged mountains full of history. Make a short stop at Trossachs National Park before crossing Rannoch Moor, known as one of the most inhospitable places on the planet.

Further north, you will see the views of Scotland's most famous valley, Glencoe. Shortly after you arrive at Fort Augustus, you will see the gate of Loch Ness and the famous Caledonian Canal. Hear every story and legend of this magnificent place, and you will also have enough time to have lunch, before hunting for the famous Loch Ness Monster on one of the cruises, if you dare.

Your journey continues towards the mountains of the Cairngorms Natural Park and the beautiful forests of Perthshire. Stop in Pitlochry, a picturesque Victorian village, to sample real Scottish whisky. On your way back to Edinburgh see the famous bridges over the River Forth, three bridges that span three centuries. The Forth Railway Bridge is the oldest metal bridge in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage site.
