Excellent ghost tour

Full of information. Perfect way to discover Edinburgh, even in the dark. The host was incredible, even with the spooky laugh. Kept everyone laughing and made sure we were safe in the vaults and graveyard. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would do it again when I come back to Edinburgh. Thank you for a spooky night.

Atmospheric, informative and (above all) very creepy! During this tour you visit places to which the organizers have exclusive access - for example that part of the Greyfriar's Kirkyard where the famous MacKenzie poltergeist is supposed to deal. Usually it is blocked. Our tour guide Kev obviously enjoyed his cause and during the good 2-hour tour not only told the obligatory horror stories, but also about his own experiences, which he had gathered as a tourist guide down there in the dark vaults over the years. When suddenly there was a really dull knocking and even footsteps (the origin is simply left open), everyone - including the guide - just held their breath ... So: great fun, an exclusive look at some of the darkest stories this great city ... and there's ghosts on top of that. What more do you want!? ;-)

We heard a lot about the history of the city which was very interesting. We didn't think it was exciting or scary.
