Edinburgh: Helen's Historic Old City Tour
- Join a small group and Helen, your guide, who loves to talk about her city
- See spectacular buildings and the historical centre of the city which is a UNESCO World Heritage site
- See the heart of the oldest part of the city and be left with an overview of where else to spend your time here
Your tour winds along the Royal Mile in the Old Town, part of the UNESCO World Heritage area of Edinburgh. If you only have a short time, this tour may not take you off the beaten track, but it will show you all the unmissable sights the city has on show.
Discover much of the real history that lies behind the story of “Outlander”, discover where Mary Queen of Scots spent her last night in Edinburgh, and learn about the real lives of real people in the city including many famous scientists, inventors, and writers. You’ll also be passing major points of interest to Harry Potter fans.
At the end of the tour, you’ll have a good overview of the city and its history, and will hopefully want to visit again many more times.
