Excellent itinerary; terrible bus experience

With all due respect to the TOTALLY disabled passenger & heroic husband & prevailing laws for disabilities accommodation laws, I make this suggestion. This person who arrived in a wheelchair could not stand, or even hold her head erect without assistance. Hence she had to be physically carried from the wheel chair into her seat by her husband, and more disturbingly, by our driver, who was totally unprepared for her and his physical participation. (He was fabulous as a guide, but 75 yr old) The bus, as well as not having a lift for a wheel chair, or a space to accommodate & secure a w/c, did not even have a space to store an unoccupied w/c except at the back tenuously blocking the aisle fort the last row of clients. So while the husband claims he reportedly mentioned the potential problems to you, it doesn’t appear any attempt at accommodation happend. While he & your driver were heros in all this, to the rest of us, while accepting, had our experience significantly diminished.

Awesome day full of a variety of Australian experiences!!

Excellent adventure! Our guide, Robert, was awesome in sharing facts, history, and Australian tidbits. From the beautiful blue Mountains and thrilling experiences at scenic world, to off road overlooks, a tasty lunch at local pub, hand feeding kangaroos (so cool), to the final ferry ride into circular quay, this was fantastic! I’m so happy we found and booked this excursion. We never would’ve been able to do all of this on our own. Plus, Robert’s expertise and friendly interaction made this a definite must-do!! We made such amazing memories and have great pictures to go along with them. If you are reading this review, stop and book this! You won’t regret it :)

Despite the weather, this tour was FANTASTIC!

Pros: - David (our guide) was very knowledgable and was one of the best tour guides, I've ever had! His explanation of everything was wonderful and he was very witty, funny and entertaining! - The small group of 10 made it easy to move quickly from place to place and it felt like we were on a private tour with David. - Featherdale was a great place to see all the indigenous animals! - The Blue Mountains were BEAUTIFUL! Cons: - The tour company did not pick us up from our hotel in Bondi (less than 15 min drive from other hotels near downtown) Overall the tour was great and if you can get David as your guide then you'll be lucky! Thanks for a great tour!

Wonderful, we wherein the right places at the right time.

Our guide, Rod, was awesome! Our tour was planned perfectly, yes it starts early but never felt rushed or overwhelmed. The breakfast stop was very tasty & even though we started with some fog it disappeared at the right time. We had a small group & that made it even better. Our tour at the Blue Mountains was perfect, we got there before the crowds & our lunch was so great!!! This tour is well worth the money, you really felt the personal touch. Our time at the Zoo was wonderful too. Even though it was getting late in the day we still had animals that wanted to be feed & they let us pet them

Views and the place itself is amazing and best around Sydney!

The views and places are totally amazing and must see. My best-visited place around Sydney. However, I didn't like the tour guide that much, he was a bit rude, old fashioned and too much talking about his personal life instead of Australia and Blue Mountains. Other than that it's a really awesome experience! I believe that All Inclusive is not necessary, so you can find other and cheaper option for even better quality :)
