There was great communication throughout the process of excursion. The tour guide picked up my wife and I promptly from our hotel and took us to the dessert destination. We started off with the dessert tour (please advice that you shouldn't either eat too much or go on an empty stomach as the motions of the car can make you feel sick). The driver was attended enough to ensure all passengers in the car are happy. after the tour we had a BBQ lunch and a few traditional dancer shows to keep us entertained. we also had the chance of smoking shisha (if your into that and handling falcons, which was rather interesting. followed by camel riding and pictures with the baby camels. Overall this was very much value for money. and I most certainly would recommend this again. I have to give an extra thank you to Iklaq who was the tour guide who looked after all passengers including myself who were in his vehicle :)

We have just come back from one of the most amazing experiences in my life ! We were group of 7 people, all enjoyed at a maximum level the whole safari tour - dune bashing, sansoarding, camel riding, shows and BBQ dinner at the Camp ! Our driver, Abbas, a great guy with nice sense of humour is one of the best drivers I have ever seen !! We were all highly impressed with his skills, while dune bashing ! He also made a lot of wonderful photos of my daughter, me wife, me, as well as my friend's family !! 5-star service he offered us will deeply remain in our minds and we will definitely book another safari tour when we come back to Dubai! Momchil, Ljuba, Dari, Zdravko, Petya, Dayana ... and especially Krisko !!

Just spontaneous planned in the morning and easily booked online for the afternoon, it was such a well organized and exiting 4 hour adventure. No waiting time at hotel lobby, I was informed about short delay of pick-uptime by messenger. Yaseen, the driver is very nice and friendly, always taking care on his guests, taking great photos and videos from me and bashing the dunes - it was really great. It was a great tour through the nice red sand dunes with phot stop, sandboarding and a camel ride at the end during sunset in the desert, everybody in the group had fun. Back at the hotel at 7 p.m. without wasting time at one of the boring camps it was the right event for me - with really great memories.

Our experience was exactly what we booked, there was plenty of time for all the activities, we weren’t rushed or pushed to buy any extras. Would surely go again. Sadly, we had 3 other people in our group who were extremely rude, shouted all the way there and back and have called us names in French as I asked them to be more quiet. They even rated the experience 1 star before we got to the dunes, as they complained because they apparently didn’t know English. Anyway, this wasn’t the tour operator’s fault as you can’t do much about people who have this kind of behaviour. It also shows how some reviews are totally outrageous and false, coming from people like this.

We had a guide named Hamdy who was absolutely fantastic. Spoke really good English and explained everything in detail right from the start. He made us feel really special and like a VIP. The Red Dunes were unbelievable with lots of photo opportunities and had the chance to snow board the dunes. The Al Khayma Camp was a wonderful experience especially the camal ride as we watching the sun set. We enjoyed BBQ beef and chicken with lots of salads etc and fruit that followed. We could not fault the this activity in any way. Highly recommended as a must do experience when in Dubai.
