What people are saying about Dubai

Great value for an overview of Dubai city in half a day!!

An enjoyable half day tour of Dubai city. A well organised tour and very nice guide who managed to keep track of everyone on the tour. He spoke good English and German. It was a very hot day but the bus had great air conditioning. We had enough time at all the stops per itinerary. The bus is unable to go close to the Burg al Arab so it was a bit hot to walk all the way but still able to take a photo from the distance. I thought the Fort museum was great. His Royal Highness’s Palace was great to see also. The Abra ride to the Souks was fun. The souks were as expected a lot of annoying people trying to sell you their gold and spices. It just puts me off looking and perhaps buying. But all the same good to experience it. I thought it was fabulous value and took the hassle out of trying to visit in the heat by ourselves. I would therefore definitely recommend this tour!!

Special way of enjoying the Burj Khalifa

This is a special way of seeing the tower. Not cheap, but worth the extra for the quietness and space to relax in the wonderful setting whilst enjoying a delicious set of sandwich & cake nibbles. You can eat as much as you want to and only have to pay for alcoholic drinks. The weather was hazy when we visited, so the view wasn't great into the distance (even from floor 154 !), but it didn't spoil the overall experience. If you'd just booked a ticket to see the view from floors 123/4 and it was hazy, it might have spoilt it. We went in at 3pm and left around 6pm (2 hours in the lounge and an hour looking round the rest of the tower) and there was a large queue for 'standard' tickets (even though it is 'off-season'), so if you go in Oct-Mar, this 'fast-track' option of high-tea makes even more sense. Would advise anyone to take this treat if you can.

We had an amazing time, we skipped the que and went to the top

We had an amazing time, we skipped the que and went to the top in a couple of minutes. once at the top we were met by the host team who were very welcoming and provided a choice of drinks including wine and champagne, also canapes. there was a live singer on the top level and nice background music on the 2 lower levels the view was spectacular and we were allowed as much freedom and time as we wished, the staff helped with photographs etc. i would defiantly recommend this experience

A great way to see the old and new Dubai in one day

This is a good way to see both the old Dubai and the new (modern) Dubai in one day. There are 3 different routes that together cover Dubai. The commentary provides useful information on the history and culture of Dubai and the UAE. Note that together the three routes take about 6 hours to get through without jumping on and off. At unexpected times of the day there can be traffic on some of the routes. There was live English commentary on one of the buses along the red route.

Great Guide And Driver, whistle stop tour well worth doing.

Visited Ferrari World, Yazz Island (boat,) carpet "museum" Photo opportunities, Lunch and the Mosque. We were picked up at our hotel by a car and transferred to the coach in Dubai City. Everything was excellent, just 2 things could be looked at? the timings, 2 sets of times were sent to me but the driver turned up in between these times. Lunch, not everyone wants a "eat all you can" lunch.
