Nathalie was an excellent guide - with a lot of knowledge, very charming and funny! Since my daughter dropped out at the last minute it was just us two and she didnt get tired of answering all my questions. In fact she said she prefers small groups to make the tour an individual and personal experience. Which was absolute the case for me! And she was very patient when I was taking pictures and pictures - and more pictures. She even gave me some tipps for my trip to Monsegur. Nathalie, if you really get the chance to do a guided tour with Sting, remember: He is the lucky one with you at his side!!

I think we were ahead of two people so wouldn't bother to 'skip' the queue again. The guide was of limited use and did not appear to clearly follow the route signposted. We are not young and when we walked the northern (Gallo-Roman) ramparts we were somewhat distressed to find that there was no way out at the end and that we had to retrace our steps. We were not the only discomfited visitors - not a good end to what had been an interesting visit. Also not helped by a very off-hand staff member at the gate who seemed totally unconcerned.

Our guide was excellent, and very informative. It would be helpful if the guides were more recognisable as we waited a while before they recognised us holding a Get your guide printout! which would not have been picked up id we had the mobile app.

La Cite is close to saturation of touristic and commercial activity. Our guide managed to present the history and explain the many interesting details of this monument so that we became interested, felt informed and enjoyed the visit.

Our guide Robert was super knowledgable and had lots of interesting facts to tell us about the city. He was super nice and funny and the tour was very interesting. Both my dad and I were impressed. Thank you!
