Fabulous experience, beautiful building.

On arrival at the Burg Khalifa counter to exchange our voucher for tickets we were given the opportunity to upgrade to the 148th floor. We decided to do this. Only 20 of us in our group, you can stay all day if you wish. Therefore no crowds. We were also given Arabic tea and nibbles in the viewing lounge which is very nice. We were able to go outside on the viewing deck. We were also able to go down to the 124th and 125th floors. There was a haze so our photos aren’t fabulous. For me it was the experience of being so high up, such an amazing building. There aren’t a lot of tourists in Dubai in July. It really wasn’t necessary to buy tickets in advance but it doesn’t matter either way. I imagine it would be advisable during peak times. We had no problem finding where to exchange our vouchers.

Better instructions in reaching the venue.

The views are indeed breathtaking. the guide and Sky lounge are nice- average except for the fact that because of the price not many people opt for it- so less crowded less wait. Not sure if it wa sthe holiday or the way things are ( we went up on the day of Eid) but it took us 45 minutes to get from the mall entrance to the will call counter and then to the At the Top counter- we had a baby stroller and a child with us- wish we had known. Ended up missing the entire sunset slot that we had paid for due to the lack of better instructions on how to get to the At The Top counter.

The Burj and Underwater Zoo are great - Aquarium: meh

The price was definitely the deciding factor and it was well worth it. Easy to collect the tickets from the Burj and then for entry into the Aquarium and Underwater Zoo. Queues for the Burj were minimal (time of year perhaps?) - slightly longer for the Aquarium. The Aquarium was disappointing - just a tunnel. However, the Xoo was great although the crocodiles were fake and the penguins right at the end make you a little sad considering the limited space they had. We were Grandmother, Mother and Son aged 8 and had a great day so would recommend.

A perfect experience and one I would recommend to others.

All was wonderful and very easy to enjoy. The only caution was taking the taxi to the hotel afterword. I asked for a taxi, got quickly routed to a car, then to a van and would up paying a premium rate double what I had paid to arrive there, and only in local cash, which I luckily had. Nothing to do with this tour, but a warning to others to be cautious. The tours, however, were spectacular and well worth it.

View is worth it to see. the aquarium interesting, not overwhelming.

The View from Burj Khalifa is worth it to see, but I find it very expensive. not to mention to maybe pay even more for 148th floor. You see enough from 124/125th floor. the underwater-zoo is interesting, but expensive too. Over all a good activity, but to expensive.
